It was a weekend of wedding fairs for Alice and I this weekend.
Alice was kindly invited up to The Moat at Wrotham for their open day on Saturday. It is an absolutely stunning venue which is really close to new Pretty Prep Studios: Tonbridge location. The Moat has a stunning bridal suite but unfortunately it isn't available until 11am. On average, bridal prep starts at 7am, so The Moat brides don't quite have the time they need to get ready. Alice loved meeting the team at The Moat and she is excited to be able to see how we could work together!
Alice also met lots of lovely couples as well as some amazing suppliers! A Pretty Prep friend, Miss Holiday Swing was one of the suppliers exhibiting, she is an amazing wedding singer and highly recommend!
I had an exciting day on Sunday, hosting The Pretty Prep Studios: Ashford open day.
It coinsided with The Secret Garden's open day. It was great for potential brides of both venues to scope out where they could get married and where they could get ready. I'm excited to say that I had 3 people love The Pretty Prep Studios: Ashford so much that they booked there and then!
I don't think pictures and videos do the studios justice. When you walk in, you just get this calming and welcoming feeling, which is why I fell in love with the Oast as soon as I walked in before I signed on the dotted line a year and a half ago.
I had 11 handpicked and wonderful suppliers who were exhibiting at the studio:
It was so lovely having couples and families come down and take a look around. It was a really chilled atmosphere, much better than an overcrowded wedding fair. Most people stayed for a while, enjoyed a glass of prosecco and chatted to everyone.
Thank you so much to everyone, suppliers and brides who came down and visited.
Us suppliers are thinking about hosting a bubbles and browse evening once a month. This would be in the evening once a month. A handful of amazing suppliers would be there and couples would be welcome to come down, have a glass of prosecco and visit The Pretty Prep Studios and find their wedding suppliers.
Would love to hear your thoughts... Good idea or not?
